Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts for multi-entity operations within the studio.
- Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to optimize financial workflows.
- Monitor cash flow, manage budgets, and provide variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Handle statutory filings (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and ensure adherence to local accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a full-set accounting role, preferably within a creative or service-based industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SQL).
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills for complex financial modeling and data manipulation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
