We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to lead our finance operations at Asia Fusion Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. This critical role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in end-to-end accounting functions to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full spectrum of accounting functions including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis for stakeholder review
- Oversee payroll processing, tax compliance, and statutory filings
- Implement internal controls and audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years' relevant experience
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
