Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Conduct systematic inventory audits and implement robust inventory control procedures
- Coordinate external audits, bank communications, and government regulatory submissions
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls and documentation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ACCA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting and inventory management
- Proven track record liaising with auditors, banks, and government agencies
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and financial reporting
