Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting operations for insurance clients including bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory filings for Labuan FSA compliance
- Conduct periodic internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and insurance regulations
- Liaise with clients to resolve accounting queries and provide financial advisory services
- Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and regulatory inspections
- Maintain updated knowledge of Labuan FSA regulations and implement necessary compliance measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional qualification (ACCA/CPA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting with insurance sector exposure
- Proven expertise in Labuan FSA regulations and financial compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and report presentations
