Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies supporting business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll operations
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure adherence to Malaysian accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Streamline financial workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking with experience in financial process improvement
