Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
- Oversee daily accounting operations including bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards) and tax regulations
- Coordinate annual audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure accuracy
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Supervise accounting staff and optimize workflow efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CA, or CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or Xero)
- Deep understanding of Malaysian tax and corporate regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
