You'll be instrumental in ensuring financial integrity by preparing accurate financial records, maintaining organized documentation, and facilitating seamless data entry into accounting software systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for systematic entry into accounting software systems
- Ensure timely and precise financial reporting to support management decision-making processes
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to guarantee accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial planning initiatives
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during compliance reviews and filings
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex financial data
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
