Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and internal auditing standards.
- Analyze financial performance data to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, and payroll processing.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during fiscal year-end processes.
- Optimize accounting workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy within the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in an accounting or audit role.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., Xero, SQL, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of MFRS/IFRS and local tax legislation (SST/Income Tax).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
