Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee complete accounting lifecycle including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring MFRS compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with variance analysis and audit coordination
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Mentor junior accounting staff while implementing process improvement initiatives
- Manage tax compliance filings and liaise with external auditors/regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional certification (ACCA/CA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting with 2+ years in senior role
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to stakeholders
