Pro Office Technology is currently seeking a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our expanding team in Cyberjaya. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and maximize account value.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present detailed financial proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the finance and operations teams to resolve billing inquiries and ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide comprehensive updates on account performance.
- Proactively address client concerns and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand our market presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
