Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with local financial regulations.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany accounts, and credit card statements to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement and monitor internal controls, reducing risk and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Assist in external audits and tax filings, ensuring all documentation is organized and readily accessible.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide strategic recommendations for business expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in full-set accounting or a similar senior finance role.
- Certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
