Oriental Coffee International is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our finance team in Puchong. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS standards.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure strict adherence to reporting deadlines.
- Oversee tax filing, statutory compliance, and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to management to support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and optimize credit control processes.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure financial integrity and data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Taxation and Companies Act requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
