Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and account documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and perform detailed account reconciliations.
- Engage with clients to address inquiries regarding factoring transactions and account status.
- Analyze credit data and financial statements to assess risk and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory requirements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and assist in collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial services, ideally within factoring or commercial lending.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
