Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) maintenance
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash position reporting
- Process and record journal entries with proper documentation and authorization
- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and process improvements
- Oversee vendor payments, credit management, and collections processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
