In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our full set of accounts, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial data. You will manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) workflows, handle General Ledger (GL) entries, and conduct rigorous bank and general ledger reconciliations. We are looking for someone who excels in preparing comprehensive financial reports, supporting the month-end and year-end closing cycles, and ensuring full compliance with tax and audit requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely completion.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies in current accounting processes and propose solutions for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and perform periodic asset verification.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in full-cycle accounting within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MAS) and tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for reporting to senior management.
