Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in the general ledger system.
- Collaborate with the finance team to perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and internal management to resolve billing discrepancies and payment schedules.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Support the budgeting process and provide timely financial reporting to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent command of the English language and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
