In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial health, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing strategic support to the management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budgets.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle general administrative duties related to the finance department, including filing and document management.
- Support external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filings.
- Prepare and analyze expense reports and cash flow projections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Senior Account Executive or Account Executive role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is essential.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
