Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for management review
- Manage tax compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
- Monitor and optimize cash flow to maintain healthy financial position
- Develop and implement comprehensive budgets aligned with business objectives
- Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
