Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses to support business decision-making
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with project teams to understand financial implications of construction activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve project profitability
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Professional certification (ACCA, CA, CMA) is a plus
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial work
