You will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data, supporting the management team with insightful reporting, and maintaining robust internal controls. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports to support business decision-making.
- Handle GST reporting, tax computations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and prepare necessary audit schedules.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including bank reconciliations and treasury functions.
- Oversee fixed asset management and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to improve internal controls and accounting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore).
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience handling full sets of accounts, preferably in Manufacturing or F&B.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Navision) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
