Are you an experienced Accountant looking for a challenging role in a reputable manufacturing environment? JointHire is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Account Executive / Accountant to manage the full set of accounts.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. You will handle end-to-end accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) maintenance. We are looking for a proactive professional who can prepare monthly financial statements and management reports that drive strategic decision-making.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL) and Ledger Balances.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) processing, verification, and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts for review.
- Reconcile bank statements and bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in annual audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and internal policies.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Full Set Accounting.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
