Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) for Singapore entities, including verification of invoices and payment processing.
- Maintain and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage intercompany transactions for Singapore business units.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents to ensure timely and accurate statutory filings.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounting or specific GL/AP functions.
- Proven working knowledge of Singapore financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., UBS, Xero, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel or collaborate effectively across borders as required by the business.
