Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sustainable accounting strategies aligned with company environmental goals
- Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff while fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Stay updated on evolving accounting practices and sustainability reporting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Experience with sustainable accounting practices and ESG reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability in managing accounting teams
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable
