Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company financial policies.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and monthly closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes and tax filings.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets to provide actionable business insights.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and supervise inventory valuation accuracy.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff to maintain departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-set accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax legislation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage tight deadlines.
- Leadership experience or a desire to step into an Assistant Manager capacity.
