Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow requirements.
- Handle GST submissions and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure financial reporting accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record of handling full sets of accounts.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA qualifications are an advantage).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of FRS and local Singapore taxation requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Experience in the retail, beauty, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
