Interior Plus Asia, a leading interior design and build firm, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our finance team in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations as we continue to expand.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of full-set accounts, from accounts payable and receivable to general ledger management. You will prepare comprehensive financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure full compliance with tax and statutory requirements. Working closely with management, you will provide valuable insights that drive strategic business decisions and contribute to the company's financial health.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, statements, and analysis
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements (SST, tax filings)
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist in cash flow management and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in full-set accounts, preferably in interior design, construction or related industry
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, SST, and Malaysian tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage
