- Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other business documents to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or business development
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
