Are you an experienced accounting professional with a flair for financial strategy and cross-border communication? Trust Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team in the Central Region. In this high-impact role, you will act as the key liaison between our local operations and our Japan Headquarters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to take ownership of complex budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Your ability to bridge linguistic and cultural requirements while maintaining rigorous accounting standards will be pivotal to our regional success. Tanggung Jawab
- Consolidate monthly financial reports for submission to the Japan HQ.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes to ensure alignment with corporate targets.
- Perform variance analysis on financial performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain integrity of the general ledger and oversee month-end closing activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and financial transparency between local management and stakeholders in Japan.
- Review financial data for accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements and HQ policies.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and management reports as requested by the executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred) to handle reporting to Japan HQ.
- Strong technical expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
