Tanggung Jawab
- Verify incoming invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Ensure all supporting documents required for payment comply with company policies
- Process vendor payments accurately and within agreed payment terms
- Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable ledger
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues with vendors
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records
- Assist in month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with other finance team members on financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is preferred
