Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Execute meticulous month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and comprehensive explanations.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations and actively assist in the preparation and filing of various tax returns (e.g., VAT, income tax).
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve efficient accounting procedures and robust internal controls to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
- Analyze complex financial data to provide insightful recommendations and strategic advice to management for improved financial performance and decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in an accounting role, with demonstrated experience in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local accounting standards (PFRS/PAS).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- CPA license is highly recommended but not a strict requirement for this position.
