Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining financial documentation systems
- Develop and implement financial controls to prevent discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting and team collaboration
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
