SMA Support Services is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team in Quezon City. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements, consolidated reports, and management accounts in compliance with PFRS and local regulations
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with external auditors during tax assessments, statutory audits, and compliance reviews
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Mentor and guide junior accounting staff to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations
- Generate financial reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
- CPA license or candidate is highly preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented environment
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, and SEC requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
