Your deep expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) will be foundational as you lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, manage group consolidations, and navigate complex tax regulations. You will drive process improvements, implement robust internal controls, and mentor a high-performing finance team. By partnering closely with department heads, you will provide insightful financial analysis that directly influences strategic decision-making and business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, management reports, and group consolidation in compliance with IFRS/MFRS.
- Manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian tax regulations, including Corporate Tax, SST, and Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Coordinate and manage external audits, tax audits, and statutory filings, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Develop and maintain robust internal control frameworks, financial policies, and operational procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, cost optimization, and business performance improvements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MICPA) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including significant exposure to IFRS, full sets of accounts, and group consolidations.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, with a track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with experience in business partnering and financial analysis.
