Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Lead bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable oversight, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L reports, and cash flow analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting workflows and internal control procedures.
- Collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders to provide financial clarity and operational support.
- Assist with tax compliance filings and audit preparations.
- Analyze budget vs. actual performance and provide insights to leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in a BPO or international-facing role.
- Solid proficiency in US GAAP and international financial standards.
- Expert-level skills in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-border collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a remote or hybrid working environment.
