SMA Support Services is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated accounting professional to take on a senior role within a growing company. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, managing the general ledger, coordinating audits, and supervising junior staff. You will also play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial insights to management. The ideal candidate is a CPA with extensive experience in accounting and tax compliance, particularly within the Philippine regulatory framework.

- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage general ledger and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management
- Supervise junior accounting staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA certification is preferred
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
