Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Utilize NetSuite ERP system to maintain accurate financial data, perform reconciliations, and generate financial reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and improve financial processes
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes including vendor/client communications and payment processing
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in senior capacity
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite ERP system with hands-on implementation/customization experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and Philippine accounting standards
- Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Proven experience with financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and audit preparation
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders
