Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full cycle month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Oversee general ledger reconciliations and verify the integrity of financial data.
- Provide strategic support and financial guidance to management to drive business performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving complex accounting issues.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and foster a culture of professional development.
- Participate in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (BSA) is required; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting or auditing roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of local tax laws, financial reporting standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
