Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with FRS/MFRS standards.
- Oversee tax filing requirements, including SST/GST submissions and corporate tax compliance.
- Execute rigorous bank reconciliations and manage cash flow forecasting to support operational stability.
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Perform variance analysis to identify financial trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Maintain internal controls and streamline accounting workflows to enhance organizational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MICPA).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an accounting or audit role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, taxation laws, and statutory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous process improvement.
