Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee daily general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during annual audits and corporate tax filings.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and internal controls.
- Support the finance leadership team with budget preparation, variance analysis, and ad-hoc financial projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or CA).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local Malaysian tax laws and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong cross-functional communication.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
