As a key member of our finance team, you'll work closely with cross-functional departments to optimize inventory management, control COGS, and maintain compliance with Indonesian financial regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Perform comprehensive reconciliation of e-commerce transactions across multiple sales platforms
- Oversee inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations for cosmetics products
- Prepare and maintain tax documentation ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in cosmetics or e-commerce
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance
- Experience with inventory management and COGS calculations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for documentation and communication
