CV. Eltan Jaya Sukses is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. As a key member of our finance team, you will oversee daily accounting activities, manage financial records, and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits of financial records and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
