Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization
- Analyze financial performance metrics to drive profitability improvements
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead financial audits and maintain accurate financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA) preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven experience in retail and B2B tech sectors
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
