Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts
- Coordinate internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis for business units
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in investment fund or hospitality accounting advantageous
