Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting and compliance
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Conduct financial audits and ensure internal control procedures are followed
- Develop and implement accounting systems to improve efficiency
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor junior accounting staff to ensure team excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Age between 30-45 years
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
