Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP/PFRS
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections
- Oversee general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes, preparing documentation and responding to inquiries
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in BPO or multinational companies
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
