Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and local tax regulations.
- Coordinate and manage the tax filing process (VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, 29) to ensure 100% compliance.
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to identify financial trends or discrepancies.
- Assist with internal and external audits, serving as a primary point of contact for financial documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and professional growth.
- Improve financial workflows and internal control systems to drive operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax laws (Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with modern ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
