Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable, bank accounts, and general ledger entries
- Oversee IT accounting system implementation, maintenance, and optimization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during financial examinations
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation processes
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- BS Accountancy graduate with CPA license preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial statement audits
- Proficiency in IT accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Tax Code and accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
