Join International Food Services as a Senior Accountant and play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our regional operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic professional to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while driving our regional closing and reporting processes. In this dynamic position, you will lead the month-end and year-end close cycles, ensuring strict compliance with local and international accounting standards.
As a Senior Accountant, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex financial data, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights that support high-level strategic decision-making. You will be instrumental in streamlining financial workflows and optimizing resource allocation across our diverse portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including the preparation of accurate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and precise reporting for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, MAS guidelines, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions on a monthly basis to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and perform detailed variance analysis to drive cost control measures.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Support external audits and tax examinations by providing comprehensive documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the F&B or service industry.
- Strong working knowledge of financial accounting principles and corporate governance standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with senior management and external parties.
- Certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is highly desirable.
