Tanggung Jawab
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control procedures
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide training on financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ in senior roles
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in multinational company environments and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial data
- Proven track record of process optimization and team leadership
