Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Perform comprehensive bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Oversee the billing and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine GAAP and local tax compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
